Prior to join DACG in March 2019, Meghna was working for a Non-Profit Organization, in the capacity of a Research Associate, in collaboration with UNICEF India (The United Nations Children’s Fund), to carry out various projects. Some of them involved making suggestions to the Fifth State Finance Commission (Uttar Pradesh) to develop a Financial Allocation Policy in favour of Women and Children and others relate to accomplishing a deeper sense of the Education Sector in Uttar Pradesh by an in-depth statistical analysis of the area.
She has pursued her Bachelor’s in Statistics from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi and her Master’s in Statistics from the University of Lucknow. Also, over the years, she has interned at many reputed institutions like the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Lucknow.
Meghna is keenly interested in Data analysis and has a great aptitude for research assignments. As of now, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics, Lucknow University and is proficient in several Statistical Softwares like R and SPSS for Data Analysis. With a great fascination for Machine Learning Algorithms, predictive Modelling, Regression and Multivariate Analysis, she is also a great orator, debtor and a humanitarian.
