Prior to joining the group Shashank worked at the Regional Vocational and Industrial Training Institute (RVITI), Lucknow as a Programmer Cum Statistician after completing his Master’s Degree in Statistics from University of Lucknow. He was involved as computer analyst in NIELIT and has been awarded Honors for Course on Computer Concepts (CCC). Although now working in Statistics research, he has sound technical and computational knowledge of using Statistical Software like SPSS, NCSS, R and STATISTICA for data Analysis.
He is the only person ever to be in the DACG who has performed Data Analysis Survival Analysis: Identification of Improvement in Condition of Tuberculosis Meningitis Patients and Service Quality in Banking Industry and Its Impact on Customer Satisfaction.
Shashank is well conversant to handle any data with Recent Statistical Computing Techniques and Statistical Software especially SPSS and R.
Presently, he is engaged in supervising various projects as data analyst under the guidance of Prof. Rajeev Pandey (A Data Scientist) of various government and corporate organizations.
